Marc Michaud - Shop Lead
With over 40 years of welding and farming experience, Marc's input is invaluable to the success of Northern Lights Welding's projects. Red Seal Welder and CWB certified weld supervisor.
Julien Michaud - Production Manager
With 10+ years of welding and fabrication experience Julien has developed into a leadership role at Northern Lights Welding over the last few years. A Red Seal Welder and CWB certified, Julien's leadership on projects has resulted in high quality finished goods from Northern Lights Welding.
Dorian Michaud - Procurement Manager
15 years of fabrication and design experience, Dorian has been able to take concepts from napkin drawings to computerized 3d models to real products. With an Engineering Design and Drafting Technologist (EDDT) certificate from NAIT, Dorian can provide accurate estimate and build schedules for most projects.
Terry Dechaine - Administrative Assistant
Terry is excited to be one of the front faces of Northern Lights Welding as she interacts with customers at all levels.
